The hotel grounds are gorgeous and impeccably maintained. The staff is attentive and helpful, and always went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and memorable . The food is excellent, and the breakfast is possibly the best complimentary breakfast we've ever eaten in a hotel restaurant.

The villa itself is gorgeous, filled with beautiful antiques. Our bedroom was spacious with very high ceilings and a comfortable bed. The outdoor area is manicured and lovely with views of the surrounding countryside. From the moment we arrived we felt so taken care of. Not only is the property itself incredibly beautiful (the photos online do not do it justice at all), but the staff are even more incredible. Everyone is so kind and helpful. We couldn't get over the sheer beauty of the property from the tree lined Read more[SPLIT]Read lessentrance, the charming outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, to the incredible library parlor in the main building overlooking the garden. One of our favorite parts was a small shaded section of seating underneath some trees looking far out towards the town of Cortona up on the hill, and we were served a bottle of wine as we watched the sunset over the hills. Overall we had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back again.
