Though the green o is the perfect playground for outdoor lovers, you can also get your muscles moving at the Huff-and-Puff Fitness Center. Take an apothecary class, or reach new levels of bliss with a Buti, Restorative, or Vinyasa yoga class among the pine trees. When you’re muscle-sore, the unique under-canvas Spa Town provides an intimate setting for pampering treatments, and therapists can even come to your haus – so you don’t have to move from your cosy haven.

Barbeque, elevated

The Social Haus at the green o is all soaring windows, Shou Sugi Ban wood and custom lighting that bring the outside indoors. This affinity with nature is reflected in dishes that use ranch-grown produce. Think brioche French toast with huckleberry compote, or whole-roasted rainbow trout. Watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen, and prepare to be entertained by the Western tradition of live-fire cooking, as meat is grilled to tender perfection on open flames.

Served Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner The dining experience at the green o is a singular culinary journey. Each course is a surprise and each meal is a revelation- juxtaposing elegant presentations with primitive live-fire cooking. Wine and spirits are thoughtfully paired by a decorated sommelier. And options ranging from charcuterie to breads to kouign-amann pastries are created in-house during your stay by Executive Chef Brandon Cunningham and his team of award-winning sous and pastry chefs.

Spa

Even the spa at the green o is immersed in nature, with a cluster of luxurious tents forming Spa Town. Inside, personalised treatments from mud wraps to couple’s massages are designed to soothe. Breathe in the pure forest air during a yoga class, or work up a sweat in the aptly named Huff-and-Puff Fitness Center. Come winter, the spa moves to the Morris Ranch House to keep things cosy.
