Words can't describe the level of personalized service offered at Ksar Char Bagh from check in to check out. Property is stunning and well maintained. Staff are incredible. We would like to return one day.

The staff were perfect, from arranging transfer from the airport until we left 3 days later completely relaxed and rested, nothing was too much trouble for them. They went out of their way to book us into the hamam on our last day and accommodated a later checkout for us. We stayed in a suite entered Read more[SPLIT]Read lessoff the very pretty central courtyard with it’s tranquil pool and Alhambra style decoration. The rooms are minimally decorated with plain, textured plaster walls and simple traditional furniture. Soft drinks from the discreet minibar are complementary as is coffee from the Nespresso machine and the wifi which worked fairly well. The restaurant serves good unpretentious fare with a choice of local or French style dishes, much of it from the hotel’s own garden, but the menu is the same everyday so on a longer trip we would want to try the dining experiences elsewhere in the city too. The Moroccan wines we were recommended were a welcome discovery and the bar staff make a mean cocktail!

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 lovely days. We had never been to Morocco before and we realised that we were in the best of hands in this lovely hotel. It is beautifully positioned, peaceful and calm. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and arranged everything for us seamlessly. We Read more[SPLIT]Read lessfelt totally safe as two women travelling alone, both concierges who were there were superb in booking taxis, restaurants, sorting out a wonderful lady tour guide and driver. The food was delicious and beautifully served and we felt thoroughly spoilt . Our room was clean and beautiful with a fabulous upstairs terrace with superb views. The hotel is perfect for couples, a group of friends as it is small enough to feel like a wonderful country home but with impeccable service. It has a lived in feel which allows you We really wanted for nothing and felt positively cosseted! Thank you to you all at Ksar-Char-Bagh. I cannot recommend this lovelyl hotel highly enough.

The hotel, which features four gardens, is absolutely stunning, in traditional but ultra elegant & restrained Morocco style. Large pool, lots of outdoor & indoor dining space, and a superb restaurant with its own potager complete this utterly delightful hotel's facilities. We enjoyed unforgettable cocktails on the roof terrace, too, as we watched the sun go down in the west and the moon rise over the Atlas Mountains. Altogether a perfect start to our holiday in Morocco ❤️
